I am going to share with you some of the tools that I like to use to help me work with energy and to open myself up to the higher realms more.

I burn Rose Incense quite frequently. I was told by a friend that the smoke can go into the spiritual realms and can help with psychic protection. I also find it to be soothing when I burn this.
